Lost Candor Promise
Our top priority is your satisfaction with the products you purchase from us. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Shipping and Delivery
Lost Candor endeavors to fill purchased merchandise orders within 2 working days from receipt of the order. Unless otherwise specified, Lost Candor ships orders via FedEx to US destinations.
We take great care when sending goods and send them with Fedex. We shall deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and where goods are held at the post office or delivery depot due to no one being there to sign for them, you are responsible for collecting the goods promptly. It is important you supply an accurate address.
Please note; if you are returning an item for whatever reason you must use the return label provided by Lost Candor and ship in original packaging. If not, you are accepting full responsibility if the item gets lost in transit and Lost Candor is not obliged to replace this item.
Lost Candor hand selects and conducts ridged quality control on all items it sells. We work directly with the designers and artisans, visiting their workshops and ateliers in order to assure that items and pieces in our collections are superior quality and are based on fair trade practices and support intangible cultural heritage; and most importantly that they meet your expectations. Items made with remnants of vintage or used materials only incorporate materials deemed in excellent condition.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Lost Candor will be happy to exchange it for another product or refund your purchase within 15 days of delivery.
Sorry, we cannot refund return shipping charges unless the merchandise was incorrect or damaged. If the reason for your return is damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can provide you a return shipping label.
We will accept returns:
- within 15 days of order delivery for refund or exchange
- after 15 days of order delivery for exchange or store credit only.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unused, with product ID and price tags still intact.
All on sale or discounted price sales are final and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Custom made merchandise is also final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Sorry, all of our sheep furniture items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
To return or exchange an item please contact us at email email@example.com.
In the case of an exchange, if merchandise is not available, we will reimburse you.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the merchandise is returned because it was incorrect or damaged. To request a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please return merchandise in its original packaging.

Lost Candor will try to keep its website as up to date as possible. We cannot guarantee that the website will be completely free from technical errors. Some items may be discontinued or sold but information not yet updated.
Colors of the merchandise you see on your computer, pad or phone screen may not be a totally accurate representation of the actual color of the item. Lost Candor strives in its original photography to make our colors as accurate as possible. Whenever possible, Lost Candor provides Pantone names in the color description of products.

All handmade items will have natural imperfections. It is these slight imperfections that give handcrafted items their innate soulful character and appeal. Our products are crafted by highly skilled artisans who take pride in producing superior quality items.
